Improving access to healthcare through advocacy, mentoring, and networking for and among member clinics.
FCOM Position on Healthcare as a Human Right
The Free Clinics Of Michigan (FCOM) affirm that health care is a human right. To this end free clinics provide a safety net of primary care for uninsured persons, while working for a reformed U.S. healthcare system that is inclusive, available, acceptable, affordable, and of good quality.
FCOM Position Statement on Clean Water As A Right
Free Clinics of Michigan believes that access to clean and affordable water is a human right. Clean water is necessary for a healthy life, and should be held in public trust, free of privatization. We will advocate for access to, protection of, and conservation of water.
Donate to FCOM
To connect the uninsured with access to quality health care, we need funding for our daily office activities. We continue to seek this funding through grants and other donor sources, but a donation of any amount is always valued here at FCOM.
