                                              Board of Directors Election

                                              At the 2010 Annual Meeting, the clinics gathered unanimously voted in favor of adding Brian Harris and Barb Griniwis to the Board of Directors.  Brian Harris is the Executive Director of the Gary Burstein Community Health Clinic in Pontiac, MI.  Barb Grinwis is the Director and a medical provider at Oasis of Hope in Grand Rapids, MI.

                                              Some minor structural changes were also made to the board at this time.  The complete proposal that was apporoved may be viewed for additional details.

                                              A new contact list of the Board of Directors was distributed at the annual meeting.  Email admin@fcomi.org to receive an extra copy.
